You don’t need a plug in, it is done with coding in your theme.

If you are a developer, check out the WordPress documentation for it:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Author_Templates

If you aren’t a developer, try to find a theme that includes an author listing page or contact a developer who can help you out. Maybe even the author of the theme you are currently using could help you. Their info should be on the Appearance > Themes page with their theme info.
